Hi, are you a small business owner overwhelmed by the number of tasks you have to do? This is why we started Goenner Consulting, LLC. We know first-hand the experience of a small business owner. In 2015 Faith, owner, launched a pregnancy shop & spa from her own business plan in rural Minnesota. In 2018, she sold it to an entrepreneur in a larger city.
Before starting her own business in 2015, Faith worked for 20+ years leading large complex research organizations at the University of Minnesota. This experience gave her the skills to help small businesses make sense of complicated organizational problems with solutions that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
ENTREPRENEUR EXPERIENCE
In 2015, Mama Gracie's Pregnancy Shop & Spa was launched with a vision of a one-of-a-kind pregnancy shop & spa and in 2018 was sold to a local entrepreneur, moved to another city and renamed.
In 2019, Goenner Consulting, LLC had its first client providing small business start up support.
In 2022, our campaign was to work on TO DO lists for business owners and leaders. We saw first-hand the impact of the workforce challenges and also the gap of resources to help small business owners with projects that are stuck on the bottom of their TO DO list. Many tasks we worked on were catalysts for growth and innovation.
In 2023, our campaign is the Year of the Employee. We are working with employers to focus on their competitive solutions around performance, benefits and training.
In 2024, we are focusing on Executive Virtual Assistant tasks which have become the most successful in helping small business owners. No task is too small or too big for us.
